Refunds and Returns Policy

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to find a solution.

 

Please note, custom/bespoke orders* are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.  Returned goods must be packaged in a way that reasonably protects the item from damage.  Inappropriate packaging can result in the refund being void.  Any refund can be adjusted up to the devalued sum of that returned good.

If you decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days
